The battery State of Health(SoH) is a figure that indicates of the condition of a battery or battery pack, compared to its new battery ideal capacity.
The unit of SoH measurement is percent , 100% SoH level, the new battery’s health according the battery’s specifications.
As the batteries are used, a process degradation remaining capacity of the battery.
For example, if the State of Health (SoH) of a 100 amp battery is 80%, then this means that its real maximum capacity is 80 amps. And above this capacity, we will not be able to charge it.

OUR MONITORING DEVICE, FOR STATE OF HEALTH(SOH) BATTERY CONTROL

Our system uses a unique software algorithm to check Battery Capacity using advance microprocessor. The BatteryMC constantly performance dynamic testing on the battery. All measured information evaluated with respect to the battery characteristic and result generated to advice on the battery condition.

FEATURES

ANALYSIS OF STATE OF HEALTH (SOH) – Replace battery – constant red signal appears when the battery State of Health (SoH) is below 40%-30% of nominal capacity.

CHECK OF STATE OF CHARGE (SOC) – Check of State of charge. Yellow signal appears when battery capacity is below 50%, and disappears when battery capacity is above 80%.

BATTERY CAPACITY FULLY CONDITION TEST​ – Battery full – constant signal Vbat appears when battery capacity is above 80%, and disappears when battery capacity is below 50%.

THE DEVICE IS EASY TO INSTALL AND USE – The BatteryMS device has a simple 2-wire input connection to the battery

Conclusion

Unlike conventional battery test device which measures only the output voltage
or other parameters that only indirectly assess the battery capacity and does not measure the Capacity level of monitored battery not its condition. Our device evaluates the actual dynamic condition of monitored battery.
